Editing and deleting

Change a snippet after publishing, or remove it from the site.

Edit a snippet

Open your profile and choose Edit on a snippet card, or open the snippet and choose Edit snippet. The editor is the same as the creation form and lives at /{username}/{slug}/edit.

The URL name (slug) is fixed after creation. You can change the title, description, language, dependencies, tags, group, visibility and code.

Delete a snippet

Use Delete on the snippet page or the edit screen, then confirm. Deleted snippets stop resolving immediately. Deletion is soft: a site administrator can restore the snippet later.

Deleting a group never deletes its snippets; it only removes the grouping.
